Do a Hard Reset on Your Phone
Hard reset your phone when things get funky or slow, or it acts up. This does not wipe eveything off or harm any of your data - it's jsut a reset to make your phone behave again.
If your smart phone acts up or gets slow, you should probably do a hard reset on it. Mine was slow to do anything and did weird things like send texts or Messenger message to the wrong person. Not all photos I took were on the phone. Sometimes I saw the photos on my laptop but not on the phone, and sometimes none that I took. If on the laptop, they were at least stored on the iCloud, but if not there I just didn’t have them anywhere. When I had various issues, I remembered what a tech told me to do for my iPhone to do a hard reset. Press these keys quickly – first up volume and let go, then down volume and let go, then push the button on the other side and keep it pushed in until the Apple comes on. You can let go then. It will ask you to log in and then the reset should have succeeded.
Try the functions that were messed up and now they should be working again. If they aren’t, then call an Apple technician for help because further troubleshooting is needed. The same goes for your computer - do a hard reset to clear up issues. PR
