If you are looking to start your own business and be self-employed, you'll need to figure out
what it is you like to do, and what you are good at. It is said "love what you do, and the money will
follow" - there is a lot of validity in it. If you have a passion for something, it is easier for you to
do and not a constant drain. It can be fun, and rewarding, and challenging.

this test to see how well you rate in the ability to be self employed.

Looking For A Job?
Look for a job on the Internet, in the newspaper, and in person. Talk to people in the companies you are looking into, and
find out more about jobs there, and how you can fit in. Prepare a short introduction of yourself, about a minute long, and be ready
to meet people and give out your business card (that will give a short summary of your best skill sets), in case people will
pass on the information, or contact you when a job opening comes up. Join networking groups, and make several calls a
day to companies. Visit college job search areas for resources and listings - not all jobs are at entry level, and grad students
make use of these areas as well. See the job types below - you might find a mutual interest, or just get an idea of a direction
you want to pursue.
