If your upline doesn't help or give good advice, seek out higher level people. Networking is a skill you will need to learn, but it often comes with belief. If you believe in your products and opportunities, you represent them so much better. Use the products so you know them and can offer a testimony to them. If you believe in them, pretty soon you can sell them without even trying! You need to be aware that it takes work - it does not come easily to most. If you can make it work, you free yourself to do more with your time. You can work at home and forget going to the office, eventually. Get your downline to work for you! You need to use whatever resources you have available - leads lists, lists of people you know, promotional materials and programs to push your message out there, etc. Make use of tools that other programs gave you at some point, and soak in all hints and lessons you have gotten and learned, from any programs you were ever involved in. If you try something and it doesn't work, let it go, and try something else. Change ads frequently so people see something refreshing. Make sure people can see your ad an average of 7 times (that is statistically the number of times an ad needs to be seen in order for someone to act on it). You will need to get comfortable about building a downline - and you will need to talk to all kinds of people in order to have them join you in an MLM program or partnership, becoming your downline. Once you have enrollees into your downline, keep in constant contact with them - offer tactics which work for you, give them a "push" to keep working in the MLM program, keep them excited and motivated. Offer them advice, freebies and leads. The more you help them succeed, the less work you need to do because they will be bringing income to you. An active and motivated downline is a key factor in MLM success. My favorite networking company is Neways - the products are superb. They are essentially non toxic, totally effective, have a reasonable cost (because by being more pure in ingredients, you use less), and the upline support is incredible. I am so impressed with this company and its products. It makes it easy to talk to others about it.
