When looking for job, think about the area you'll need to live in, as well. If you must move your family, get them involved and
ready for the move. Find out together whether everyone's needs can be met in the new place. Don't just pull them along
with you or you might find a lot of resistance and regret. Sometimes it's better to pass up a job in a certain town if it means
the family is unhappy or the schools are no good, or there is no outlet for your child's talent. Maybe you can soften it by explaining
you'll need to work there for 2-3 years as you climb the ladder and find an opportunity to go back. Sometimes the family
will feel better if they know the sacrifice is somewhat temporary.
There are many online resources with more tools to use and learn from - check them out because you never know just
what will appeal to your interests. You need to get out on as many areas as you can to look around and to be posted
on. Some won't apply to you, and several may. You should be sure of those you want to sign up with - pay for the ones
of most value to you, and take advantage of the free areas. Some are WELL worth the price - but you need to see
if it is worth it to you. There are free resource areas at most of the sites
here, and also check here.
