Read a book - experience the simple pleasures of life, or the challenge of a great mystery, or a romance story, or the best way to do things. Fiction and non fiction - experience them both. Read every day to challenge your imagination. Read in front of your children so they develop a love of reading (good reading skills translate into other good learning and development skills). Never give up on the imagination which is discouraged by TV - books make you think you are part of the story, and you can put your own pictures into your mind.
